Each service is tailored to meet individual client needs. Results may vary based on the accuracy of information provided and the complexity of each case.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation

- Disclose all relevant financial data and respond to requests promptly

- Review all documents before signing or submission

- Maintain open communication during the service period

Failure to comply may delay service completion or result in additional fees.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are provided at the time of booking or consultation.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact us within 5 business days to resolve the issue.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future services or require prepayment.

6. Credit Repair Disclosure

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, score increases, or the removal of items from your credit report. Credit repair services are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws. Clients may cancel credit services at any time by submitting written notice.

7. Tax Filing and Compliance

We follow all IRS and state regulations. Clients are responsible for reviewing their return before submission. We are not liable for penalties due to undisclosed income, late filings, or false information provided by the client.
